Changes, Challenges and Resilience : Looking back at 2020 and planning for 2021

2020 has been unusual to say the least. We have all had to rapidly adapt our ways of working and juggle a huge range of priorities; all against an intense news backdrop. But amongst all of this, charities are continuing to do incredible work and evaluators and our colleagues have shown resilience and ingenuity like never before. We want to use our final member’s meeting of the year to create space for everyone to take a breath, reflect and celebrate all that has been achieved.

Join us for an opportunity to hear about and discuss what evaluators have learnt this year and get inspired about what 2021 may hold. There will be lots of opportunity to connect with your fellow evaluators and build your network too.

As part of the event we’re looking for a few members to share five minute stories about something they have learnt this year. It could be a project you had to pivot which was actually improved, a personal realisation that has changed how you approach your work, a new technique you’ve adopted or any other take you have!
