We are no longer taking bookings for our

Peer Learning Programme.

The Peer Learning Programme will bring together peers with experience in managing teams and leading evaluation functions across the third sector and provide a space for reflection, learning and personal development.

The course will take place between April - July 2023 and include six half-day sessions.

Centred around the tenets of building a culture of evidence in your organisation, the course will cover topics a range of topics including:

 

  • Making the case for evaluation 

  • Anticipating and managing risks 

  • Building and leading teams of evaluators 

  • Navigating the political challenges within organisations. 

 

The Peer Learning Programme will also cover technical skills and we will tailor the training and topics to our participants, providing opportunities for mutual learning and exchange of experience and ideas. 

 

After taking part you will:

 

  • Have improved knowledge and confidence in approaches to establishing an evidence-led culture in your organisation

  • Have gained perspective on challenges and opportunities within your organisation for advancing an evidence-led culture

  • Have access and signposts to best practice theories and practical examples 

  • Establish a set of career goals and a template for continuing your independent professional development 

  • Be part of a supportive network of professionals working through practical challenges and personal goals
