Starting in January 2026 (start date TBC), the PLP brings together a small group of peers for a supportive and reflective learning journey over five months. Through a series of interactive online sessions and informal peer connections in between, participants have space to:
Reflect on their own practice and leadership approach
Strengthen evaluation functions and culture within their organisations
Explore what it means to lead with influence and confidence
Build resilience and support others to use evidence well
This programme is designed for people who rarely get the time to step back, but know how valuable it can be when they do.
